What You'll Do

- Welcome customers and create a friendly, inviting showroom experience
- Assist customers and support our sales team
- Learn about furniture, mattresses, appliances, and home furnishings
- Help keep our showroom attractive, clean, and organized
- Assist with customer inquiries, orders, and follow-up
- Learn our computer systems and daily store operations




- Take on new responsibilities as your confidence and experience grow

Who We're Looking For

You might currently work in a restaurant, coffee shop, hotel, retail store, office, or another customer service position.

What matters most to us is your attitude and work ethic.

We're looking for someone who:

- Genuinely enjoys helping people
- Is reliable, punctual, and follows through on commitments
- Takes initiative and notices what needs doing
- Is organized and pays attention to details
- Communicates clearly and respectfully
- Is comfortable learning computers and new technology
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Wants to learn, improve, and grow professionally

No previous furniture, appliance, or sales experience required.

A Career With Room to Grow

This isn't just about filling a position. We're looking for someone who could become a valued long-term member of our team.

You'll start by learning customer service, products, and store operations. As you develop your skills, there will be opportunities to move into a Home Solutions Consultant position, with the potential to grow into leadership or management.

Schedule

Full-time, five days per week, including Saturdays and occasional Sundays, with two days off each week.
