Job Summary

Riteway Moving & Storage Ltd. O/A Riteway Movers is seeking an experienced and organized Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operational activities, coordinate work assignments, manage staff, ensure efficient logistics, and maintain smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for developing specific plans, prioritizing tasks, and organizing work to achieve operational objectives. The position involves overseeing operational logistics, coordinating activities with other departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Duties also include arranging maintenance and repair work, resolving operational problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and service quality. Additionally, the Operations Supervisor trains workers on their duties and company policies, coordinates, assigns, and reviews work, and requisitions or orders necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.

Experience:



2 years to less than 3 years

Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
