Looking for a full time stylist.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair services to our clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and hair treatments. You should have a passion for hairdressing, a strong sense of style, and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about the latest trends in hairdressing, possess exceptional customer service skills, and be able to create personalized looks that suit our clients' individual needs.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome clients and consult with them to determine their haircare needs and desired hairstyles
- Provide recommendations and suggest suitable hairstyles based on clients' preferences, face shape, and hair type
- Perform haircuts, trims, and styling services for men, women, and children
- Offer a variety of hair coloring techniques, including highlights, lowlights, balayage, and ombre
- Perform hair treatments such as deep conditioning, keratin treatments, and scalp massages
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workstation and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations




- Build and maintain a loyal clientele by providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and comfortable environment
- Recommend and sell hair care products to clients to help them maintain their desired styles at home
- Collaborate with colleagues and other salon staff to create a cohesive and positive work environment

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques
- Proficiency in using a variety of hairdressing tools and equipment
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest hair trends and industry best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Creativity and ability to envision and create unique hairstyles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings, as required
- Certification in hairstyling or cosmetology is required.
