Job Overview: R&B; Kitchen is seeking a friendly, reliable, and outgoing person with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The receptionist will be responsible for receiving customer orders via phone & web and communicating them with kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:

· Accept customer take-out orders

· Greet and welcome guests when entering the restaurant

· Answer the phone in a pleasant manner and respond to customer inquiries

· Pack up takes out orders while ensuring accuracy and quality





· Ensure all orders are accurate and produced in a timely manner

· Operate cash register and process payments

Requirements:

· Excellent communication, social and organizational skills

· Ability to multi-task and maintain high energy in a fast-paced workplace

· Demonstrate a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences

· Pays attention to detail

· Possess a positive and team-oriented attitude

· Ability to work flexible shifts inclusive of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

· Knowledge with restaurant POS system (will train as needed)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
