Vaughan Recreational Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics classes for boys and girls aged 2+.
Vaughan Recreational Gymnastics is seeking a part-time office administrator. The successful candidate must be available Monday through Thursday from 3:00- 8:00pm, and Sundays from 9:00am - 1:00pm. Additional hours may be available.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Calculation of fees, including application of discounts
- Collection of fees and issuing of receipts
- Assigning gymnasts to appropriate classes (knowledge of, and experience with, gymnastics and / or recreational programming is an asset)
- Answering questions and logging concerns from clients
- Answering telephone inquiries
- Some data input and filing
- Proficiency with basic computer programs and Excel.
- Proficiency dealing with money and monetary calculations is a must
- Must be customer service oriented, friendly,
and adaptable to a dynamic, changing environment
- Must have own transportation and not reliant on public transit, as our location is not serviced by public transit at the required times
This position is perfect for a University student or adult looking for part-time hours in a dynamic environment. Must be bondable, and must be able to provide pertinent references upon request.
