At EGM, our team of full-time and part-time representatives helps empower individuals to support charitable organizations and contribute to the meaningful work they do.

Through professionally organized fundraising campaigns, our representatives connect with members of the community in residential neighborhoods, at high-traffic locations, and through various face-to-face outreach initiatives.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, strengthen your communication skills, and be part of a team dedicated to making a difference!

WHAT WE OFFER

* Competitive Compensation: Starting at $16/hour, with average earnings of up to $27/hour after training, including performance-based incentives.

* Weekly Pay: Get paid every week.

* Health Benefits: Extended health benefits available after three months of full-time employment.

* Flexible Employment: Full time and part-time positions available (24–40 hours per week).

* Consistent Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

* Attend daily team training sessions at our local office to develop your skills and stay informed about current campaigns.





* Participate in face-to-face fundraising campaigns in residential communities through neighborhood canvassing and at high-traffic locations.

* Engage with members of the public, share information about our charitable partners, and raise awareness about their missions.

* Encourage individuals to become monthly donors and support meaningful charitable initiatives.

* Represent our non-profit partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.

Previous sales, customer service, or fundraising experience is an asset, but not required. We provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed!

A valid driver’s licence is considered an asset but is not required.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

* Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

* Must be available to work on-site.

* Must be comfortable participating in face-to-face fundraising campaigns.
