As an HVAC Engineer / Mechanical Engineer (Commercial Tenant Improvement), you will contribute mechanical engineering expertise to commercial tenant improvement work. Responsibilities
- Develop mechanical and HVAC design solutions for commercial tenant improvement projects.
- Prepare and revise CAD drawings and mechanical documentation.
- Create and review system schematics to communicate design intent.
- Coordinate mechanical design details with project stakeholders.
- Apply sound engineering judgment to support practical, cost-conscious solutions.
- Qualifications
- Required:
Mechanical engineering knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems.
- Required: Ability to use CAD tools for design and drawing work.
- Required: Drafting skills and ability to prepare transparent technical drawings.
- Required: System design capability relevant to mechanical engineering.
