We’re busy and growing, and we need another set of hands on the road. No garage door experience? That’s fine — we’ll train you. What we need is someone who’s comfortable with power tools, can handle heavy lifting, and takes pride in doing a job right.

About us
River City Doors is a family-owned and operated garage door company in Edmonton. We’ve been in business for 10 years, have 700+ Google reviews, and make our own torsion springs right here in our shop. We do all our installs with our own crew — no subcontractors — so you’ll be working alongside people who know the trade.

What you’ll do

- Install current residential garage doors and openers
- Diagnose and repair broken springs, cables, openers, etc.
- Remove and haul away old doors
- Keep customers informed and leave every job site clean
- Work in the shop when you’re not on the road — making torsion springs,

painting doors, and prepping doors and orders for the next day

What you need

- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Hands-on experience with power tools (drills, impact drivers, saws)
- Able to lift 70 lb and work on ladders
- Strong attention to detail — measurements, spring sizing, and finish work have to be right
- Reliable, on time, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in all Edmonton seasons

Nice to have

- Garage door, construction, or trades experience
- Own basic hand tools

What we offer

- Paid training
- Steady, year-round work
- Small, family-run team

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week

Work Location: In person
