What You'll Be Doing

Lead & Inspire Your Team

- Lead, motivate, and support a team of approximately 3–10 employees.
- Create weekly schedules, coordinate shift coverage, and manage staffing needs.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employee development.
- Help create a positive, welcoming, and team-oriented work environment.
- Address attendance, performance, and workplace concerns professionally, working with HR when needed.

Keep the Store Running Smoothly

- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure customers receive friendly, efficient, and memorable service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and store presentation.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and the store is always ready for business.

Manage Cash, Inventory & Store Operations

- Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, daily reconciliations, and bank deposits.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate supplier orders, and minimize product waste.




- Ensure accurate cash counts, inventory records, and operational reporting.
- Help manage labour costs, staffing efficiency, and daily store performance.
- Follow company procedures for store security, cash management, and inventory control.

Help Build the Manos Brand

- Play an active role in creating a great customer experience as we grow.
- Support new promotions, product launches, and local marketing initiatives.
- Share ideas to improve store operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Help establish a strong team culture and operational standards for our new brand.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of supervisory experience in quick-service restaurants, food service, hospitality, or a similar setting.
- A natural leader who enjoys coaching, motivating, and supporting others.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with scheduling, cash handling, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Ability to stay organized and make decisions in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Ability to reliably commute to our Ossington Avenue location.
