Since 1984, ALL-GROUP has proudly serviced Winnipeg and the surrounding area. We are currently seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused Red Seal Journeyman Heavy Duty Truck Technician to join our South Winnipeg Service Department. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will perform high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on heavy-duty truck components in a safe and professional environment.

The Role:

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty truck components
- Operate manufacturer diagnostic software and computer programs
- Interpret trouble codes and inspect engines and components for wear or defects.
- Recondition and replace parts using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections
- Follow workplace safety policies and procedures
- Complete safeties and inspections

Qualifications:

- Red Seal Journeyman Heavy Duty Technician certification (required)
- College, vocational, or technical training in Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanics (asset)
- Strong understanding of modern diagnostic and repair techniques
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills




- Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented problem solver
- Physically capable of performing job duties
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
