Are you a passionate cannabis professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an Experienced Budtender / Assistant Manager to join our team in Victoria, BC. This is a dynamic, dual role: you will act as a product and customer-service leader on the sales floor while supporting the Store Manager with daily administrative, inventory, and compliance workflows. When the Store Manager is off-site, you will step in as the person-in-charge to maintain store standards, safety, and team accountability.
Responsibilities (may vary according to the position)
- Provide excellent customer service
- Verify ID of all customers
- Maintain cleanliness of store inside and outside
- Have knowledge of all products and brands to better serve the customer
- Establish trust and rapport with guests
- Receiving orders, stocking, cash handling
- Ordering the products
- Be updated with the new launches and customer desire to buy the products.
Requirements:
- Valid Selling it Right Certificate (required by the province)
- Previous cannabis experience required (legal cannabis industry experience preferred but not required)
- Drivers license preferred
- Weekend/Evening availability
- Great attitude and work ethic
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
