Automotive Financial Advisor (F&I;) – Second Advisor

About Us:

At Mike Jackson GM, we operate differently than the big corporate groups. We are a family-owned and operated General Motors dealership that has built its reputation on trust, transparent relationships, and treating our employees like family. Our sales volume is growing, and we are looking for a second Automotive Financial Advisor (F&I;) to join our tight-knit team, share the workload, and help support our loyal customer base.

What You`ll Do:

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by guiding guests through financing, leasing, and protection options with full transparency.
- Present and sell financial services, extended warranties, and vehicle protection products
- Coordinate directly with prime and non-prime financial institutions to secure competitive approvals.
- Accurately process all delivery paperwork, licensing, and manufacturer compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with our sales team and our current Finance department to ensure a smooth, low stress transition from sales to finance.




- Maintain a high level of penetration for financing, leasing, extended service contracts, and aftermarket protection products.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all legal, provincial regulatory (OMVIC), and dealership finance policies.
- Verify all sales paperwork, vehicle trade-in documentation, and factory incentives are accurate prior to vehicle delivery.

What We`re Looking For:

- 2+ years of experience in Financial Services
- General Motors and Quorum experience are assets.
- A clean OMVIC salesperson license
- Strong relationships with major automotive lenders.
- A true team-player mindset-no room for big egos, we succeed together.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in an automotive finance office.
- Deep knowledge of prime and subprime automotive lending structures.
- Familiarity with GM financial products and manufacturer incentive structures is a major plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
