Lovely Commercial Cleaning is a trusted local cleaning company serving Hamilton, Burlington and the surrounding area. We’re adding experienced commercial and office cleaners to our team to service our recurring business accounts.
The Chance
We’re hiring experienced commercial cleaners as independent subcontractors for our office and small-business clients. We assign cleaners to sites close to where they live and keep the same cleaners on the same accounts, so you build a consistent routine and a relationship with the client.
Pay
- $21–$25/hr based on experience, paid for on-site hours
- Pay is for time on site; travel between sites is not paid
- Recurring weekly work with consistent schedules
- Two-person teams welcome
Schedule
- Typical accounts: 2–4 hours per visit, 1–5 evenings per week
- Mostly evenings after business hours, with some early mornings and weekends
- Part-time and recurring, with the option to take on more accounts over time
What You’ll Do
- Clean offices, washrooms, kitchens and common areas to a set checklist
- Empty trash and recycling, vacuum,
mop and dust
- Restock washroom and kitchen supplies
- Report any site issues to the office
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of commercial, janitorial or professional cleaning experience
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work without supervision
- Your own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence
- A smartphone for scheduling and job check-ins
- Your own liability insurance
- Willing to sign a subcontractor and non-solicitation agreement
- Able to pass a background check
