Job Overview

As a full-time Security Guard, you will help maintain a safe, orderly environment through attentive observation, transparent communication, and consistent loss prevention practices. You will monitor activity, respond calmly to concerns, and support colleagues and visitors with a professional, approachable presence. Your impact: timely reporting helps colleagues address safety concerns and protect people and property.

Can be asked to do 2 week rotation in remote locations

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular patrols and use surveillance practices to identify unusual activity or potential safety concerns.
- Monitor CCTV, observe relevant details, and report incidents through established procedures.
- Support loss prevention by remaining alert to risks and communicating concerns promptly.
- Assist visitors and colleagues with clear directions,



while responding calmly and respectfully to questions or incidents.

Requirements

Required: Clear communication, sound observation, patience, accurate incident reporting, and basic computer skills are practical capabilities for monitoring activity, documenting concerns, and supporting a safe environment. Preferred: Related security, surveillance, loss prevention, or law enforcement experience can strengthen your ability to recognize risks, use CCTV effectively, and work confidently with colleagues and visitors.

Pay: $16.50-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 84.0 per week
