Job Summary

Servers provide attentive hospitality by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments. They help create a smooth dining experience through friendly customer service, accurate order handling, and coordination with colleagues.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests, explain menu options, answer questions, and use thoughtful upselling to support their choices.
- Take and enter orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS, and communicate requests to kitchen colleagues.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, follow food handling and food safety practices, and maintain clean, sanitary dining areas.
- Process payments and handle cash accurately; use basic math and time management to balance service tasks.

Qualifications

Required: Strong customer service, serving, communication, time management, basic math, and attention to food safety and sanitation support accurate, welcoming service. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, kitchen, food preparation, guest services, hospitality, cashiering, or cash-handling experience, along with familiarity with POS or Micros POS, can help you contribute confidently.

Pay: $17.90-$28.89 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
