Experienced Automotive Sales Representative

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team in Toronto.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in automotive sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. A valid OMVIC registration is mandatory. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and contribute to our dealership's continued growth.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process.
- Respond to incoming leads, phone calls, online inquiries, and walk-in customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales professionally.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate sales.




- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads through the dealership's CRM.
- Stay up to date on inventory, vehicle features, and market trends.
- Ensure all sales transactions comply with OMVIC regulations and dealership policies.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

- Valid OMVIC registration is required.
- Previous automotive sales experience is mandatory.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
- Comfortable working with online leads, phone inquiries, and walk-in customers.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record.

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
