Your Role and Responsibilities

In this energetic role, you will build lasting customer relationships, support retail store operations, and collaborate on business development.

- Customer Consultation: Actively listen to customers to advise them on products, pricing, and availability. Answer technical inquiries.
- Order Processing & Sales: Receive and process orders (phone, email, fax), prepare quotations, and complete post-sales follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Sales Support & Business Growth: Assist local Account Executives with back-office tasks, perform proactive customer outreach calls, and support market segment initiatives.
- Store & Inventory Operations:



Organize product displays, confirm delivery slips, and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure cylinder replenishment and timely deliveries.
- Logistics & Hands-On Support: Utilize your industry/welding knowledge to assist customers with product selection, route planning, order tracking, and occasional deliveries.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a retail or industrial sales environment.
- Education: High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems and Google Suite; ability to quickly learn order tracking and inventory systems.
- Key Mindset: Strong customer service orientation, positive attitude, team spirit, and a commitment to safety.
- Physical Demands: Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and roll gas cylinders as needed.

Preferred Assets:

- Knowledge of welding processes and industrial products.
- Forklift experience.
- Valid Class DZ driver's license.

Pay: $32.14 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
