Prospera, a business consulting and sales firm, is looking for a Full time Rogers Sales Associate to join our team in London, ON. We’re looking for a positive, people-focused individual who enjoys helping customers, learning about telecommunications services, and working toward shared team goals.

As an Authorized Representative of Rogers, you will provide services while combining customer service with sales-focused conversations. Your role as a Rogers Sales Associate will be to understand what customers are looking for, explain suitable options, and help create a straightforward and welcoming experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do as a Rogers Sales Associate

- Engage with customers through friendly in person, professional conversations and create a welcoming experience from the start.
- Learn about customer needs and recommend Rogers products and services that align with their preferences.
- Present plans, features, promotions, and service options clearly while highlighting relevant benefits.
- Answer customer questions accurately and provide helpful information to support informed decisions.
- Guide customers through enrollment, account setup, and other service-related processes.
- Strengthen customer relationships through attentive communication, reliable support, and thoughtful follow-up.




- Collaborate with teammates to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve shared sales and service goals.

What We’re Looking For in a Rogers Sales Associate

- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional approach.
- Comfortable learning and discussing products and services.
- Reliable, organized, and motivated to contribute to a team.
- Previous customer service, sales, or retail experience is an asset but not required.

Rogers Sales Associate Overview:

This position is a full-time employment position located in London, ON. This position is Monday through Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week, working in a face-to-face role with customers and businesses.

- Pay: 100% commission; average yearly pay starts at $50,000
- Clients & Products: We work with Rogers, promoting and signing up new customers and businesses for their wireless and internet services
- Location: London, ON
