Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, providing recommendations when needed
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to proper bartending techniques
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service laws and policies




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest concerns promptly
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills while providing attentive customer service
- Follow all food handling protocols to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times

Experience

- Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in food service or hospitality roles
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Demonstrated ability in bartending or serving roles within the food industry
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and transaction accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Familiarity with food industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and responsible alcohol service

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
