B2B Sales Representative – Field Sales

We're looking for a confident, motivated, and outgoing B2B Sales Representative to help us connect with local businesses and grow our client base.

What You'll Do

- Visit local businesses in person (B2B door-to-door prospecting).
- Introduce Ivancie Media and our digital marketing services to business owners.
- Identify potential clients who could benefit from our services.
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, and follow up with prospects.
- Present our services and help close new client contracts.
- Work closely with our team to develop new business opportunities.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities

Earn 15% commission on the total value of eligible 6-month contracts you close.

For example:

- $1,500/month client = $1,350 commission
- $2,000/month client = $1,800 commission
- $2,500/month client = $2,250 commission

Career Growth Opportunity:



After successfully bringing in your first two new paying clients, you'll transition to a base salary plus commission structure, with the terms confirmed in writing.

Commission eligibility and payment terms will be outlined in a written agreement. Compensation will comply with applicable New Brunswick employment standards.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
- Comfortable with face-to-face sales and cold outreach.
- Able to work independently and manage follow-ups.
- Willing to travel locally throughout Greater Moncton.
- English communication skills; French is an asset.
- Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required.
