Key Responsibilities:

- Forecast lawyer supply levels and identify service delivery gaps
- Develop succession planning initiatives for communities facing lawyer shortages
- Analyze roster demographics, referrals, volumes, and participation trends
- Maintain supply dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools




- Research emerging legal aid recruitment and service delivery practices

Requirements:

- Recognized law degree and British Columbia membership eligibility
- Four years of recent legal practice experience minimum
