We are an established, family-operated trucking company seeking an experienced, reliable full-time Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and service our fleet of heavy-duty dump trucks and trailers.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
- Maintain brakes, suspension, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize fleet downtime
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment
Qualifications
- Experience working on heavy-duty diesel trucks and trailers
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage maintenance priorities
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Heavy-duty mechanic certification is an asset
