Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on various types of machinery, vehicles, and equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment lifespan.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs accurately.
- Interpret technical schematics and mechanical diagrams to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Assist with heavy lifting and mechanical assembly tasks to ensure proper installation and repair procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs, maintenance activities, and inspections for compliance and quality assurance.




- Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair findings clearly and offering professional advice on maintenance needs.

Requirements

- Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair or heavy equipment maintenance.
- Dealership experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with manufacturer-specific systems.
- Skilled in welding, using various welding techniques to repair or fabricate components as needed.
- Mechanical knowledge across different systems including engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical components.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, schematics, and assembly procedures required for complex repairs.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients or team members.
- Experience working with maintenance schedules, troubleshooting guides, and technical schematics is essential.
