As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will identify, attract, and recruit professionals while promoting Alberici's brand. Your work will connect candidates, hiring Managers, post-secondary schools, recruiters, temporary help agencies, and other organizations. You will also administer onboarding, maintain confidential personnel records, and help ensure recruitment requirements are fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment marketing strategies attracting and retaining talent
- Manage career fair programs and attend recruitment events
- Build partnerships with schools and recruiting organizations
- Maintain confidential employee records and personnel files
- Prepare recent hire entry forms and onboarding documents
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- High collaboration, engagement, and customer service focus
- High discretion and confidentiality in employee information
- At least two years of direct recruiting experience
- Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS experience
