As Club Manager, you will guide daily operations while supporting a financially successful club. You will recruit, train, schedule, and coach staff, including Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians. The position also includes payroll, member service, facility upkeep, marketing promotions, reporting, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, hire, train, and develop club employees
- Schedule shifts and maintain staff accountability
- Deliver welcoming member and guest service
- Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and facility safety
- Authorize refunds, deposits, payroll, and reports

Requirements:

- One to three years of management experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Passion for fitness and health
- Microsoft Suite proficiency and quick systems learning
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
