Product Guides deliver best-in-class brand experiences while sharing product knowledge and supporting guest problem solving. You will represent Arc’teryx in-store and in the community, collaborate with store leadership, and help elevate the guest experience. The work includes accurate transactions, communications, inventory tasks, and participation in store priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver technical product guidance and exceptional guest service
- Represent Arc’teryx as a community brand ambassador
- Collaborate openly with teammates and store leadership




- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory receiving and box unpacking as required
