As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will attract and recruit professionals while creating a personalized recruitment journey. You will manage career fairs, build post-secondary and agency partnerships, coordinate assessments, prepare offers, and support onboarding. The work combines recruitment marketing with confidential records administration and collaboration across hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop recruitment marketing strategies attracting and retaining talent
- Serve as candidates’ main recruitment journey contact
- Manage career fairs and attend recruitment events
- Build partnerships with schools, recruiters, agencies,



and organizations
- Maintain confidential employee records and personnel files

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent related Human Resources experience
- Direct recruiting experience managing complete recruitment processes
- Previous Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS experience
- LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platform experience
- High collaboration, engagement, confidentiality, and customer service focus
