Drive local fuel deliveries for Irving Energy, using route knowledge and safety-focused practices while returning home after each shift.
As a fixed-term Fuel Delivery Driver, you will work with Dispatch to serve residential and commercial customers. The role requires daily route adherence, fuel-truck loading, and pre-and post-trip inspections. You will follow Department of Transportation regulations, complete paperwork, and provide essential customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive delivery trucks under Department of Transportation procedures
- Deliver products with the Irving Energy Dispatch team
- Follow daily routes, zones, streets, and geography
- Load required fuel at loading sites or bulk plants
- Complete reports, inspections, and required paperwork
Requirements:
- Active Class 1, Class 2, or Class 3 license
- Airbrakes endorsement and minimum two years driving experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Solid safety focus and customer service skills
