Manage assigned package routes as a Courier, combining accurate shipment handling, computerized dispatch updates, and protected driving for FedEx Canada.
This interview-based, temporary position supports pickups and deliveries for up to 12 weeks. Couriers check shipments against Federal Express Canada features of service, maintain customer supplies, and keep customers informed. Shifts run Monday to Sunday, with flexible days and hours between 8:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan routes for efficient package pickup and delivery
- Confirm shipments meet Federal Express Canada service features
- Provide labels, paperwork, and shipping materials to customers
- Keep customers informed about domestic and international requirements
- Operate vehicles safely under regulations and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Full G driver’s license required
- Customer service experience preferred, not required
- Ability to operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems
- Ability to complete mandatory testing and training
