Reporting to the Senior Manager, Go-to-Market & Enablement, the Marketing Specialist (Product) supports communication for Payworks workforce management solutions. You will use Claude to accelerate drafts, refine copy, and adapt content while preserving quality. Product understanding, competitive awareness, and collaboration shape the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use Claude to accelerate drafts and refine product messaging
- Adapt content across channels, audiences, and communications
- Build templates, writing guides, and reusable frameworks
- Update product positioning and foundational documentation
- Support launches, webinars,
demos, and field enablement materials
Requirements:
- Post-secondary Marketing or Communications education, or equivalent experience
- Two to four years of related B2B experience
- Ability to explain complex technical products clearly
- Experience moving between narratives, articles, email, and collateral
- Interest in Payworks products, buyers, and competitive landscape
