Strengthen operational consistency as an Operations Data and Compliance Lead with META Employment Services, based on-site in Etobicoke, Ontario.

This full time, one-year fixed-term contract supports programs through data oversight, quality assurance, staff coaching, and system improvement. You will reinforce privacy, confidentiality, documentation, and reporting requirements while helping employees adapt to new systems and procedures. Familiarity with CAMS, Employment Ontario guidelines, Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide daily guidance on data entry, systems, and reporting
- Support onboarding, training, coaching, and constructive feedback
- Reinforce privacy, confidentiality, security, and information-handling requirements




- Liaise with data-system managers on routine system issues
- Implement practical improvements across workflows and reporting processes

Requirements:

- Relevant post-secondary education or a combination of education and experience
- Experience coordinating work or providing informal or formal leadership
- Ability to influence, coach, support, and direct colleagues
- Sound judgment regarding independent resolution and escalation
- Willingness to travel to META and community locations

Use practical leadership, compliance judgment, and technology awareness to improve data confidence and accountability across META Employment Services.
