The role

What you'll do

- Organize and maintain beauty product information, descriptions, images, and digital assets.
- Use AI tools to support research and content creation, reviewing outputs for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice.
- Check product pages and shopping experiences for missing information, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve.
- Test AI-generated beauty content and recommendations against source information, documenting errors and sharing feedback.
- Research beauty brands, products, launches, and e-commerce trends.
- Maintain spreadsheets, project trackers, and documentation; coordinate materials, deadlines, and follow-ups.




- Help prepare presentations, product demos, and easy performance reports.

What you'll bring

- A strong interest in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and online shopping.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Clear written communication and an eye for polished product content.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, online research, and digital tools.
- Curiosity about AI and the judgment to check its work carefully.
- The ability to manage several tasks, ask useful questions, and flag issues early.

Helpful experience

Experience in beauty retail, e-commerce, administration, or digital content is welcome. Familiarity with Sephora, beauty e-commerce websites, ChatGPT, Claude, and other beauty and technology sites is a plus.
