Help people live fully in their communities as a Direct Support Professional with Karis Disability Services. This is on-site, permanent part-time work.

The Community Flex position supports people who experience developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You will assist with daily life while honoring each person's right to direct their life. Support focuses on unique needs, personal connections, and learning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide daily-life assistance in home and community settings
- Support people experiencing developmental disabilities
- Work with each person's connections
- Recognize individual rights, gifts, and needs
- Support skills for growth and development

Requirements:

- Preferred Developmental Services Worker education
- Preferred Child and Youth Worker education
- Preferred related post-secondary education
- Availability for morning shifts
- Availability for evening shifts and alternate weekends

Contribute community living support, respectful assistance, and development-focused care as a Direct Support Skilled.
