Key Responsibilities:

- Foster trusting relationships with residents and families
- Connect residents with health and community resources
- Guide nutrition, chronic disease, and mental health support




- Collaborate with health authorities and external professionals
- Ensure infection control and privacy requirements are followed

Requirements:

- Approved nursing education and current BCCNM license
- Residential care or mental health leadership experience
- Therapeutic approach to care delivery
- Ability to provide hands-on education and training
