Support seniors as a Licensed Practical Nurse with AgeCare, coordinating care, delegating tasks, and protecting resident dignity across British Columbia.

The LPN works with the Director of Care and interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing care. Responsibilities include medication safety, emergency response, delegation, resident education, documentation, and coordination with physicians, families, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely manage medications and narcotics within scope
- Assign responsibilities to nursing team members
- Direct and delegate tasks to care providers
- Oversee emergency response without senior leadership
- Coordinate conferences, scheduling, and resident updates

Requirements:

- Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Solid clinical knowledge and care coordination ability
- Experience supporting seniors or long-term care preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
