As an experienced Residential Leasing Manager, you will support marketing, leasing strategies, and residential property performance. The role requires sales experience, local real estate knowledge, robust communication, and understanding of formal lease documents. You will collaborate with Property Management while tracking inquiries, maintaining records, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare market analysis and monitor rental rates and consumer trends
- Conduct property tours and follow up with prospective tenants
- Screen applicants, review applications, and conduct background checks
- Prepare leases and negotiate terms, pricing,



and conditions
- Coordinate residential marketing across digital, print, websites, and signage

Requirements:

- Three years of sales experience; leasing experience is an asset
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Thorough understanding of formal lease documents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
