SAVARD Personnel Group is seeking an experienced Dispatcher for a busy Truckload Operations team. The role manages assigned fleets, dispatches loads, monitors service activity, coordinates cross-border shipments, and supports protected, efficient, on-schedule freight movement. This temporary-to-hire position requires flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage assigned drivers, tractors, and trailers
- Dispatch loads and meet pickup and delivery commitments
- Monitor ETAs, appointments, alerts, and Hours of Service compliance
- Coordinate cross-border shipments and required documentation
- Respond to delays, equipment issues,



weather, and traffic

Requirements:

- Two or more years of dispatch or transportation experience preferred
- Trucking or freight transportation experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation management systems
- Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
