The Inbound Team Lead communicates goals and safety practices while providing ongoing support to receiving employees. This full-time position works entirely in a warehouse with equipment, moderate noise, and changing priorities. It calls for organization, communication, inventory knowledge, and the ability to meet customer deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate receiving goals, procedures, and safety practices
- Retrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations
- Deliver inventory to designated areas accurately
- Operate barcode scanners and warehouse software
- Perform cleaning activities and maintain warehouse safety

Requirements:

- Previous team-oriented workplace experience preferred
- Robust attention to detail and accurate counting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and email use
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to stand and walk during an 8-hour-plus shift
