As Manager, Actuarial, you will lead Intact Insurance’s Operational Performance Analytics team supporting operational excellence, productivity, growth, and service quality. You will oversee personal lines projects, contribute to strategic planning, interpret actuarial analysis, and develop team capabilities. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead national personal lines projects within Operational Performance Analytics
- Support strategic planning and oversee team execution
- Formulate recommendations from actuarial reports and analysis




- Evaluate, develop, coach, and guide team members
- Represent OPA with stakeholders and working groups

Requirements:

- University degree in mathematics or actuarial science
- FCAS or FCIA designation considered an asset
- Minimum seven years’ experience, including management or coaching
- Strong actuarial techniques and technical skills
- Bilingualism and eligibility to work in Canada required
