Lead national product, pricing, and margin strategy for Source Atlantic, Bolt Supply House, and Soucie Salo from a flexible work location.

Reporting to the VP Operations and Supply Chain, this director oversees Product Management, Pricing, Margin Management, and Master Data. You will align assortments, supplier economics, commercial data, and governance with customer demand, market conditions, growth, and profitability. The role partners across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, branches, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead national product and category strategy
- Own assortment, brands, introductions, and rationalization
- Set pricing governance across list, matrix, and contract pricing
- Lead margin improvement and supplier programs




- Deliver commercial reporting and actionable insights

Requirements:

- 10+ years in product, category, pricing, purchasing, or commercial strategy
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required
- Experience leading teams through other leaders
- Solid pricing, margin, supplier, and analytical expertise
- Advanced Excel skills and approximately 25% Canadian travel
