Job Description:
Responsibilities and Duties:
+ Accurately scan, weigh, and dimension packages using approved systems (e.g., NSDS, DWS, handheld scanners).
+ Identify and correct billing discrepancies, including incorrect weights, dimensions, service levels, or missing data.
+ Ensure packages are processed in compliance with UPS Revenue Recovery procedures and audit standards.
+ Maintain a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail to support Revenue Recovery integrity.
+ Safely lift, move, push,
and position packages following UPS safety methods and ergonomic guidelines.
+ Communicate effectively with Operations, Clerks, and Supervisors regarding exceptions or system issues.
+ Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and valid scan targets
+ Report damaged packages, irregulars, or system issues promptly.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
+ Comply with all company policies, safety rules, and security procedures.
Qualifications:
+ Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry packages up to 70 lbs.

+ Basic computer skills and ability to use scanning and dimensioning equipment.
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
+ Dependable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts.
