About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Retail Sales to lead the development and execution of sales and business development strategies that drive revenue growth and commercial performance. Responsibilities include managing B2B distribution channels and trade relationships, developing new markets, and achieving sales and revenue targets. The role oversees commercial agreements, pricing, forecasts, and sales activities,



while aligning market segments with supply and demand. The Vice President will also guide global sales planning, monitor market trends and competitors, and coordinate trade marketing and promotional activities.

Candidates should have a four-year degree in business, tourism, marketing, hotel management, or equivalent experience, along with at least eight years of successful hospitality sales experience in a comparable role. Required qualifications include a strong negotiation record, knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and financial principles, and effective project management, writing, reporting, and presentation skills. The role calls for clear communication, sound problem-solving, robust leadership and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency with office software and internet tools. Excellent organization, teamwork, time management, adaptability under pressure, and willingness to travel are also required.
