Design municipal roads with EXP as a Senior Roadway Engineer in Ontario, using MicroStation, OpenRoads, and transportation planning expertise. Work from Ottawa, Brampton, Markham, London, or Hamilton offices. This senior engineering role supports EXP’s Transportation team and helps build transportation planning and operational analysis business lines. You will lead detailed design and planning projects for arterial, regional, collector, and municipal local roads. The position combines technical delivery, project management, client communication, supervision, and mentoring. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and supervise transportation design and planning teams Prepare preliminary and detailed roadway designs Produce specifications, tender documents, and approval applications Coordinate clients,



contractors, consultants, and construction staff Manage transportation tasks, schedules, budgets, and quality control Requirements:

Civil Engineering degree and 10+ years of related experience Skilled Engineer designation with PEO Proficiency with MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D Knowledge of MTO, Metrolinx, municipal, and regional standards Experience supervising staff, managing budgets, and preparing reports Bring roadway design, project management, and transportation leadership to EXP’s Ontario municipal infrastructure practice.
