Lead assembly, integration, and test execution at MDA Space, coordinating manufacturing activities, schedules, resources, and technical decisions. The position serves as an ambassador for its unit across internal stakeholders. The AI&T; Manager manages the assembly, integration, and test portion of a program, product, or program element. You will organize resources, monitor costs and progress, and support customer expectations. The position also provides technical guidance, negotiates with program managers, and addresses operational issues with senior and line management. Key Responsibilities:





Plan and execute manufacturing and production activities Organize resources for complete AI&T; program delivery Prepare schedules and assess costs to completion Escalate issues and propose improvement solutions Maintain AI&T; visibility through management review meetings Requirements:

Seven years’ program, project management, or project engineering experience Seven years’ assembly, integration, and/or test experience Engineering or industrial degree at bachelor’s level or higher Negotiation, risk, contract, subcontract, and financial experience French and English communication skills; reliability clearance and CGP assessment Apply assembly, integration, test, scheduling, and leadership expertise to advance MDA Space programs and manufacturing execution.
