Lead facility operations for BGIS while applying technical knowledge, safety oversight, and client communication across visible building sites. As Facility Manager II, you will own activity across one or multiple properties totaling 500,000 to one million square feet. You will collaborate with BGIS departments, clients, tenants, and technical teams to operate buildings safely, cost effectively, and efficiently. The work includes building systems, work orders, budgets, vendors, and occupant experience. Key Responsibilities:
