Job Description The client is looking for the Salesforce technical referenceof its delivery teams, positioned between enterprise and business architects,Data Tech Leads and developers. This person designs the FSC architecture (360°client view, financial relationships, onboarding, personalized service) andconnects it to data foundations, legacy systems and external platforms. Theyset development standards, oversee DevOps and review critical code, which callsfor hands-on platform practice and not only a design role. The strategiccomponent is real: CRM roadmaps, Salesforce governance and interactions withdirectors, VPs and senior VPs. Required seniority is 8 years or more.

Candidate sought: a Salesforce Tech Lead who has alreadyowned the technical architecture and integrations of a large-scale Salesforceimplementation in an institutional context, with FSC on the resume in a realproject. This person can both review Apex or LWC code and defend anarchitecture recommendation in front of leadership.
