**Job Description:** + Communicate and consult with Branch Management, Supervisors, Security Guards across the country to provide after-hours support with various operational issues. + Inbound/Outbound calls to manage inquiries, provide resolutions via escalations to Branch. + Confirming the health & Safety of Security guards in the field via various alerts. + Prompt and accurate data entry for applications such as IMMIX, Outlook and WFM while managing Remote Guarding alarms and security guard scheduling transactions. + Acquiring a robust understanding of the Department's National process to educate Guards, Managers and efficiently actions various requests. + Monitoring CCTV system in IMMIX for unwanted activity and filling out reports for any suspicious activity in a timely fashion. + Completing daily briefing, as well as, writing and being able to understand incident reports. **Job Requirements:** + With or without reasonable accommodation, the physical and mental requirements of this job may include the following: seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly. + Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. + Frequent sitting, and computer use, which may be required for extended periods of time, + Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
