Through collaborative leadership, hands-on coaching, and daily team engagement, you’ll help build a high-performing department where team members feel supported and customers feel welcomed. - Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
- Work closely with the Department Manager to execute departmental strategies and achieve stated goals and performance objectives.
- Support team development through training, coaching, motivation, and recognition while maintaining a high level of trust, confidentiality, and professionalism.




- Lead regular team huddles to share goals, recognize achievements, exchange product knowledge, and provide meaningful feedback to build engagement and connection.
- Support daily operations by ensuring outstanding customer service, accurate merchandising and rotation, adequate staffing coverage, and consistent department cleanliness.
- Provide office and administrative support, including inventory management, ordering, invoicing, schedule maintenance, and payroll functions.
- Promote compliance with all Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies, procedures, and provincial regulations to maintain a safe and high-quality shopping workplace.
- Contribute to store success by assisting with other related duties as required.
