Reporting to the Associate Director, Investor Delivery, a list of your responsibilities will include:
- Complete daily deliverables, with quality while following company and department policies and procedures relating to investor registration, dealing, reporting and cash.
- Strive to complete deliverables within Service level agreements, escalate any client or deliverable issues where required and appropriate.
- Respond to queries from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments following a high-quality standard.
- Perform allocated daily tasks, processes and deliverables with accuracy and quality.
- Participate in regular team check-in meetings/calls sharing information, ideas and supporting colleagues in a positive team culture.
- Support management in department initiatives, projects and risk mitigation.
- Support and Promote MUFG's core values of Trust, Challenge & Empowerment, Passion for Clients, Openness and Honesty.
