Who are you?

You are an experienced Senior Scheduler/Planner with infrastructure program experience a minimum of 8 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar workplace.

As the Senior Scheduler/Planner you will be involved in:

- Establish and maintain the project planning and scheduling framework, including procedures, baseline governance, reporting cycles, and schedule control metrics/KPIs.
- Develop and maintain the WBS/CBS, baseline schedule, and integrated Master Schedule using inputs from designers, the CM, and contractors.
- Prepare phasing and work package strategies aligned with the procurement strategy and key project interfaces.
- Develop and optimize CPM schedules, and review third-party schedules for logic, critical path, risk, and overall reasonableness.




- Define progress measurement methods, implement Earned Value Management, verify progress reporting, and issue the monthly integrated controls report (cost-schedule-risk).
- Monitor schedule performance, assess variances to baseline, maintain schedule records, and recommend recovery or mitigation actions where required.
- Assess schedule impacts of changes, maintain time-impact and supporting records, and support delay analysis, claims review, and dispute resolution.
- Support integrated risk management, conduct site visits as required to validate progress, and contribute to continuous improvement of planning and controls processes.
